These terms apply when you buy or use Groom School, run by Hayday Digital Media ("we," "us"), of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. By purchasing or creating a course account, you agree to them.
Your access
- When you buy Groom School, you get personal, lifetime access to the course for as long as we offer it, including future updates we add.
- Your access is for you alone. Please don't share your login, your sign-up code or the course materials with anyone else.
- We may suspend access if an account is shared or the course is misused.
Your sign-up code
After you buy, we send you a link and a sign-up code to create your account. The code is for buyers only. If an account is created with a code that was shared rather than purchased, we may remove it.
Price and payment
Prices are shown at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Limited-time prices apply only during the stated period. Payments are processed securely through Kajabi.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because you get immediate access to the full course and its downloads, we don't offer refunds. If you have trouble getting into the course, email us and we'll help you.
Course content
- Groom School is a guide, not a rule book. It shares one experienced groom's approach to horse show care. Every horse, barn and program is different.
- The course is for education only and doesn't replace advice from your veterinarian, farrier or trainer. Always follow their guidance for your horse, and call your vet with any health concern.
- You're responsible for the safety of yourself, your horse and others when you put anything from the course into practice.
- All videos, text, checklists and downloads belong to Hayday Digital Media. You may print the downloads for your own use, but please don't copy, resell or share them.
Partner discounts and affiliate links
Some lessons include partner discount codes and affiliate links. We may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Partner offers are run by those partners, and we aren't responsible for their products, pricing or availability.
Testimonials
If you send us feedback or a testimonial and give us permission, we may share it, with the name you choose, on our website, emails and social media. You can ask us to remove it anytime.
Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep the course accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online without interruption. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of British Columbia. Questions go to [email protected].
