👋 I’m Sarah

I’m a lifelong horse girl, adult amateur, and the human behind @annietheoneeyedhunter. 

You just joined a community of riders who love horses hard and are trying to figure it all out — just like you.

Whether you’re buying your first horse, getting back into riding, or heading to your first show in years, I’ve been in your paddock boots.

I grew up showing hunters and jumpers, spent years grooming professionally and now I’m in my comeback era — returning after a 15+ year hiatus to leasing, teaching, riding for a show barn and eventually finding Annie, the first horse I bought and owned as an adult.  

Somewhere along the way, I realized: even with all my experience, horse life can feel super overwhelming.

 

So I started creating honest, helpful, real-talk resources for riders like you — to make this journey feel way less stressful and way more fun.
